READING NEVER STOPS: People and Pajamas

Young people are encouraged to come dressed in their comfy pajamas and curl up as Houston Public Library staff and special guests read entertaining and engaging books all day. Students will see and hear everything from picture books to the latest best sellers.
Kids are able to earn up to 12 free books for every read-aloud session in which they participate to help them build their very own home library!
All ages are able to enjoy activities and giveaways throughout the day and sign-up for HPL's Summer Reading Program to start earning badges and prizes.
Lunch will be served as well as light refreshments all day long.
