Please call 311 for all inquiries or complaints. Please note that BARC Animal Enforcement receives over 50,000 calls for service each year. While we do our very best to respond to as many calls as possible, we must respond to calls based on priority. For example, dangerous dogs on school property and bite cases receive higher priority than stray animals. Do not hesitate to continue calling 311 with your issue, as we will do our best to respond.
